सन्जय सिंजाली मगर मगर समुदाय नेपालको एक प्रमुख आदिवासी जनजाति हो, जसको आफ्नै समृद्ध संस्कृति, भाषा, र परम्परा छ। मगर संस्कृति विशेषतः पहाडी क्षेत्रहरूमा बसोबास गर्ने मगर समुदायको सामाजिक, धार्मिक, र सांस्कृतिक जीवनसँग सम्बन्धित छ। यो संस्कृति प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली, सरल जीवन र धार्मिक विश्वासमा आधारित छ। यहाँ मगर संस्कृतिबारे केही महत्वपूर्ण पक्षहरू उल्लेख गरिएका छन् । - भाषा र लिपि  मगरहरूको आफ्नै मगर भाषा छ, जसले तिब्बती/बर्मेली भाषासँग सम्बन्ध राख्छ। यद्यपि मगर भाषा विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा भिन्नतामा बोलिन्छ, प्रमुख तीन बोलीहरू  ढुट, खाम, काईके  हुन्। मगर भाषामा लेखनका लागि देवनागरी लिपिको प्रयोग गरिन्छ। - धार्मिक विश्वास । मगरहरूको धार्मिक जीवन मुख्य रूपमा प्राकृतिक पूजा र आफ्ना पूर्वजहरूको आदरमा आधारित छ। उनीहरू प्राचीन समयदेखि प्रकृतिको पूजा गर्ने  "बनज्यो " ( बनदेवी ) र " भूम्याले " ( पृथ्वी देवता ) जस्ता देवताहरूलाई मान्दै आएका छन्। मगर समुदायमा बुद्ध धर्म प्रति आस्था बढ्ने क्रम छ भने, हिन्दू धर्मको प्रभाव  कमै रहेको पाईन्छ । मगरहरू विभिन्न चाडपर्व मनाउँछन्, जसमध्य...
